The live afternoon

One afternoon, together in one room

The days grow shorter, the year speeds up, and the noise of the season gets louder. Before December arrives, give yourself one afternoon to drop beneath it.

We begin with an introduction, then come back into the body with movement, settle the mind with mindfulness, and open the breath with a short breathwork practice. When body, mind and breath have softened, we go into the heart of the afternoon: a long, deep stillness meditation guided by Hira Hosèn, held by frequency music Leo Melcherts creates in the moment, together in one room.

No experience needed. Come as you are.

Hira Hosèn

Meditation guide

With decades of practice across ancient traditions, Hira guides individuals and groups to embody their true nature, awaken inner awareness as open intelligence, and navigate life with emotional and mental balance, practical insight and calm clarity. Her work centres on cultivating and refining life force energy as a foundation for authentic transformation.

Drawing from a rich range of lived experience, including a decade living in a Soto Zen temple as a Zen nun and extensive training in Taoist Nei Dan Kung, Egyptian Kundalini, Indian Tantra and Dzogchen, she creates spaces for both individuals and collective consciousness to explore profound inner realisation. Through her guidance, timeless wisdom is integrated into daily life skills, supporting the gentle unfolding of personal power, spiritual mastery and a grounded, peaceful presence.

For all inquiries and bookings, including personal Oneness Coaching sessions, you are warmly invited to get in touch directly through her organisation, True Nature Academy (opens in a new tab).

Leo Melcherts

Composer, producer and sound healer

Leo has always known that music, frequency and vibration have the power to heal. After years as a media composer and sound designer, and a decade producing transformative electronic music as True Identity, he was deeply moved during an Ayahuasca ceremony with Shipibo shamans, when a female shaman sang to him. He felt how intention, pitch and vibration set energy flowing. Since then he has devoted his work to music and frequencies that support wellbeing, self-love, awareness and freedom.

Questions

Do I need experience with meditation?

No. Everything is guided step by step, and the afternoon is built so that your body and mind settle before the long meditation begins. If you can breathe, you can do this.

What do I need for the Zoom session?

A quiet space where you will not be disturbed for an hour, headphones (the frequency music carries much more detail through headphones than through a laptop speaker), and your phone on silent. Lying down or sitting, whatever your body prefers.

Is there a replay of the Zoom session?

No. The session is live only, so it stays a shared moment rather than a recording. If you cannot be there, you are warmly welcome on 21 November.

What should I bring on 21 November?

Comfortable clothes you can move in, something warm for the long meditation, and a water bottle. Blankets and mats are there; bring your own blanket or cushion if you have a favourite. Tea is provided.
