This exhibition explores the impossible made possible through AI-generated masculine archetypes alongside enhanced photographs that transform real subjects into their empowered ideal selves. All artworks are displayed across both venues – it’s up to you to discover which images are purely AI-generated fantasies and which are enhanced reality.

The fascination lies in the boundary between reality and sexual fantasy: How do you relate to and draw inspiration from the ideal image as a gay person? How do you integrate aspects of your ideal image into your daily life as a homosexual man?

Which aspects of your personality do you recognize in your ideal image and vice versa? AI influences the sexual identity of modern humans – do you use that as empowerment, and in what way?

These portraits push the boundaries of masculine idealization, creating archetypes that exist in the digital realm yet feel startlingly attainable, bridging the gap between who we are and who we aspire to become.
